What we do · the capability stack

The failure modes we fix.

We don't start from a blank page. 30 years of combined experience across Australia, New Zealand and beyond means we've catalogued how engineering data and workflows break — and built the fixes. Each capability below maps to a failure mode we've seen many times.

The journey · broken → fixed

Seven fixes, in the order we apply them.

Read top to bottom: it's the path from raw, broken data to reliable automation. Two of these are ours end-to-end — the connective work and the deep CAD engineering that make the specialist tools usable on your geometry.

Data Interoperability / Translation

Move models between systems without losing geometry or intent. Native and neutral formats translated so the next tool in the chain can actually use them.

Data Simplification

Defeature, reduce and lighten heavy models for simulation, visualisation and exchange — without breaking what matters downstream.

Data Clean-Up

Repair broken geometry, resolve errors and bulk-load data so it imports cleanly and behaves predictably — at the scale of a real vault, not one part at a time.

Pipeline & Workflow Optimisation

The connective tissue between the specialist tools. We design the pipeline so data flows from one stage to the next without manual handoffs — the work that turns a pile of point solutions into a system.

Product Data Management

One controlled source of truth: versioning, access, release state and revision history, configured to match how your team actually works — not how a vendor assumes it should.

Business Process Mapping

We sit with your teams and map how work really moves — product flows, staging, triggers and notifications. The goal is to support your existing practices, not replace them: we surface where work breaks down so we can reduce double-handling, responsibility ambiguity and avoidable error.

Built into your data management

The map becomes the workflow logic — triggers, notifications and clear ownership wired into PDM.

Drives change management

Or it guides change initiatives we support on both the human and technical level.

For the management buyer

Mapped per person, the friction points aggregate into something leadership rarely has: a true top-down view of how the company actually operates. That lets you apply deliberate correction to the biggest structural problems in order — governing instead of firefighting — rather than chasing whatever's loudest this week.

Model Remediation & Rebuild

We modify and, where needed, fully rebuild CAD models and assemblies down to the sketch — restructuring feature trees and managing dependencies so models behave predictably. It's the groundwork automation depends on: you rebuild the models correctly first, then you automate them.

Design Automation

Configure-to-order, rules-driven design and automated drawings. It only runs reliably on robustly-built, parametric-ready models — which is exactly why remediation comes first.

Scope · two families of data

It's not just CAD.

The same disorder shows up across every record an industrial business runs on. We start with your hardest data problem — usually CAD — and apply the same discipline to the rest.

Engineering data

CAD models, assemblies and drawings — the CADfix, Turboloader and PDM stack. The sharpest, most quantifiable proof of capability, which is why it's the entry wedge.

Models · assemblies · drawings · BOMs · revisions
Business & compliance data

Contracts, compliance and certification records, handbooks, manuals, work instructions and specifications — handled via format migration, OCR/digitisation, metadata and taxonomy, and document management.

When records are clean, centralised and searchable, you cut compliance risk and kill version confusion.
