This Agreement is entered into between your company and Baker Holloway for the purpose of evaluating a potential engineering engagement.
Each party agrees to keep confidential all technical data, CAD models, drawings, specifications and commercial information disclosed by the other, to use it solely for the evaluation, and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Uploaded files are encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to the named Baker Holloway engineers working on your evaluation, and returned or destroyed on request.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia and remains in effect for three years from the date of acceptance.
